Awakening Meditation is a method that awakens truth and lessons, develops qualities and virtues, and greatly accelerates personal evolution through its practice.
The Awakening Meditation app is the platform of the same name, offering not only Awakening Meditation practices but also many other meditations and spiritual practice resources.
The Awakening Meditation App project was founded with a mission to awaken and raise the community's vibrational frequency, enabling more people to meditate and cultivate sound spiritual wisdom every day.
With that pure intention, Tạ Minh Tuấn, founder of the Awakening Meditation App, decided not to receive any financial benefit for himself and instead to devote his entire share of the profits to establishing the Land of Peace Fund – a fund dedicated to caring for and developing the spiritual well-being of the Vietnamese people, opening meditation centers, meditation courses, consciousness classes, and products that develop spiritual wisdom for Vietnamese people, among other initiatives. All income – expenditure activities of the Land of Peace Fund are always available for statements and transparent reporting of financial inflows – outflows, publicly and periodically disclosed to the community.
Before 15.10.2021, the Awakening Meditation App project shared the Land of Peace Fund’s bank account because it had no separate account. To make financial transparency easier and clearer, the Awakening Meditation App project has had its own account since after 15.10.2021.

Because it is 1 project operating with its own proprietary methods, the Awakening Meditation App does not disclose all revenue – expenses to everyone. However, to ensure that everyone who devotes effort to serving the project has peace of mind and receives transparent reporting on all of the App's financial activities, the Awakening Meditation App's financial statements are provided to both its permanent staff and its team of volunteers serving the project. These reports have legal validity because they are certified by the bank. The project's profits are allocated to establish the Land of Peace Fund.

Financial reports for the Land of Peace Fund are published regularly and transparently for everyone in the community.
These are 2 special account numbers gifted by people working at MSB and MB banks out of affection for and a desire to support founder Tạ Minh Tuấn. He himself did not seek benefits or special privileges regarding these account numbers. Naturally, this does not affect the banks' account statements in any way, as these reports bear official round seals and carry legal accountability.
The Awakening Meditation App's operations team is divided into 2 groups: 1 permanent group and 1 volunteer group.
1. Regular group:
For Tech/Technology/Developers who continuously develop, operate, and improve the app, there are currently no volunteers. Moreover, this area needs 1 permanent team committed long-term — indeed, for as long as the project operates — contributing professionally and effectively. From the outset, the Awakening Meditation App therefore allocated 30% of revenue to its Tech team’s salaries. Without the Tech team there would be no app, and without the app there would be nothing. InApps Technology handles all technology and engineering for the app. Reputable rankings such as Glutch and GoodFirms rate it among the leading mobile-app developers in Vietnam today, as 1 of the top businesses. Mr. Tạ Minh Tuấn currently has absolutely no interests in InApps: he is neither a shareholder nor part of its management, nor does he receive benefits from its success.
For Marketing and user development, helping bring the Awakening Meditation App to more people who need it, the project requires 1 permanent staff member committed for the long term. It therefore allocates 5% of net profit to this role’s salary. Unlike the Tech team’s revenue-based allocation, this role is funded from net profit. The person currently responsible is Nguyễn Minh Hải Đăng.
The remainder of the Awakening Meditation App project is represented by Mr. Tạ Minh Tuấn, who dedicates his entire share (100%) to raising funds for the Land of Peace Fund.
2. Volunteer group:
The volunteers serve the App because they recognize and understand the great value and benefits of the Awakening Meditation App for the community and users. They serve with the principle of giving without seeking anything in return, focusing on developing their own qualities through their work.
The Awakening Meditation app also thanks volunteers by providing accounts with access to all app content. Once volunteers have served well for a sufficient period, they receive the app's highest-tier account for 1 year, renewed for as long as they continue contributing.
Volunteers may also receive partial or full financial support to attend some spirituality and inner-development courses taught directly by Mr. Tạ Minh Tuấn.
